There is a program summary for each program held within the Computer Physics Communications Program Library. Each summary contains the following basic information:
- the title and the author(s) of the paper in the CPC journal which describes the program;
- the title of the program;
- the catalogue identifier;
- CPC journal volume reference;
- operating system(s) for which version of program is available;
- memory required;
- programming language(s) used;
- computer(s) on which program has been tested;
- nature of the physical problem;
- method of solution;
- other relevant information.
