Nature of problem:
Generating the list of one-particle and two-particle coefficients of fractional parentage for the single j-orbit with isospin.
The method is based on the algorithm presented in  for the spectral decomposition of an antisymmetrization operator matrix Y. The coefficients of fractional parentage are the eigenvectors of a certain antisymmetrization operator matrix Y that correspond to its unit eigenvalues.
The full sets of one-particle and two-particle coefficients of fractional parentage up to the j = 9/2 orbit; the number of particles in the higher j-orbits should be restricted. The enumeration of coefficients of fractional parentage up to the j = 15/2 orbit; the number of particles in the higher j-orbits should be restricted.
Possibility to select subsets of one-particle and two-particle coefficients of fractional parentage for calculation.
Of the order of a few seconds for lower j-orbits to hours for the complete j = 9/2 orbit calculations.
