Nature of problem:
For inelastic electron-atom scattering; the cross-section, spin polarisation; scattering asymmetry, alignment and orientation parameters; angular distribution and polarisation of the emitted light in electron-photon coincidence experiments are calculated.
Parts of the program (underlined twice in the flow diagram) may only be used for J=0, even -> J=1, odd (or L=0, even -> L=0, odd) transitions.
The test run took 2.73 s execution time on the VAX 11/780.
