Nature of problem:
SCATTAMPREL calculates scattering amplitudes for the electron atom scattering process. The scattering amplitudes provide all possible information about the scattering process.

Solution method:
Given K- or T-matrices, calculated in the JlK-coupling scheme, SCATTAMPREL determines the corresponding scattering amplitudes using a relationship derived according to the method of Blatt and Biedenharn.

In its present from SCATTAMPREL only calculates scattering amplitudes for electrons scattering from neutral atoms.

Running time:
Test run I took 2.38, test run II took 2.54 s execution time on the VAX 11/780.
