Nature of problem:
The importance of simple Lie groups in physics is well known. This program computes the multiplicity of the dominant weights in a given irreducible representation of the Cartan classes B(N), C(N) and D(N).
Given the rank N the program BCD DAM generates the program MAIN. This last program computes the multiplicity of the dominant weights in a given irreducible representation of a group G(N) for the classes of Cartan B(N), C(N) or D(N) by the reduction G(N) -> G(N-1) times U(1) -> ... -> G(2) times (U(1))**N-2.
Compile time was 12.4 s, total execution time for the test run was 6.254 s.
