Nature of problem:In e+e- collision experiments the radiative Bhabha scattering gives one of the most severe backgrounds to other interesting processes. It is very important to estimate the cross section in order to remove this background and obtain physical results. Analysis of actual experimental data also requires simulated four vectors of the process to determine the acceptance of detectors. | ||

Solution method:A computer program is developed for generating radiative Bhabha scatter- ing, e+e- -> e+e-Gamma, for such special configurations that the final e+ and/or e- are scattered into beam pipe. The calculation is perform- ed in electroweak theory without neglecting electron mass and Z**0 width. | ||

Running time:The running time depends upon physical parameters. In case of e*Gamma configuration, the calculation of the cross section takes 3min 58sec and 26min 47sec, the generation rates are 787 and 117 events/sec, in QED and electroweak theory, respectively, for the test run condition on the FACOM M780 computer. |
